The short version:these are free tools run by two people. Use them in good faith, don’t expect enterprise guarantees, and we’ll all get along fine.

Free beta software

Evade Tracker and Evade Resume are provided free of charge. Evade Resume is in beta: features may change, occasionally break, or be rebuilt. We do our best to keep everything stable and to announce meaningful changes, but beta means beta.

No warranty

The services are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Check AI-generated documents before you send them — they’re built from your facts, but the final wording is your responsibility.

Your content is yours

You keep all rights to everything you enter and everything you generate. We claim no ownership over your workouts, your food logs, or your resumes. We only process your content to run the services for you.

Be reasonable

Don’t use the services to break the law, attack the infrastructure, harass anyone, or generate documents intended to defraud. Don’t attempt to access other people’s data. Accounts used abusively may be suspended or removed.

Rate limits

AI generation costs real money, so we may rate-limit heavy usage to keep the beta free for everyone. Limits are set generously; normal use will never notice them.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll note it here with an updated date. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the new terms.
